Fullstack Web Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Fullstack Web Developer to build and ship web applications end to end for our international clients. You'll work across the whole stack — React and TypeScript on the front end, Node.js and PHP services on the back end — and own features from requirements through deployment.

This is a full-time remote position with real ownership and direct client contact.

What You'll Do

Build responsive, accessible user interfaces with React and modern CSS
Design and implement REST APIs and backend services
Model data and write efficient queries against SQL databases
Integrate third-party services (payments, CRMs, analytics, authentication)
Deploy and maintain applications on AWS
Collaborate directly with clients to turn requirements into working software
Participate in code reviews and keep coding standards high
Investigate and fix production issues across the stack

Requirements

3+ years of professional fullstack web development experience
Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid backend experience in Node.js and/or PHP (Laravel)
Confident with HTML/CSS and responsive design
Experience with SQL databases (MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL), including schema design
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Familiarity with Git and code review workflows
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - you'll work directly with clients
Self-motivated with strong time management skills in a remote setting

TypeScript in production codebases
Server-side rendering (Next.js or a custom SSR setup)
AWS experience (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, RDS)
Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Tailwind CSS
WordPress or headless CMS integration
Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Automated testing (Vitest, Jest, Playwright)
Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
