A platform where people book time with an expert, pay if there is something to pay, and meet by video, chat or in person: with your logo, on your domain, in your colours. It runs today for three brands, and your organisation gets its own tenant of the same system rather than a project built from zero.
For a company that wants to run consultations with its own clients, or to let employees book internal experts, without building the booking, payment and video stack itself.
Everything below is in daily use. You switch on what you need and leave out the rest.
Experts set weekly availability and exceptions, block time, and publish booking links. Clients pick a slot in their own time zone, or request a time when nothing published fits. Google Calendar busy times keep both calendars honest.
Scheduled calls open in the browser with no download: screen sharing, in-call chat, pinned participants, group sessions and a join request flow for latecomers. Nothing leaves your tenant for a third-party meeting tool.
With every participant's consent a call is recorded, transcribed and summarised into notes that each side can read or delete. Off by default, on per expert.
Card payments through Stripe in the client's currency, a platform fee you set, and payouts to the experts. Or no payments at all for an internal deployment.
A conversation per client and expert, with file sharing, emoji reactions and spam safeguards. A question unanswered for a working day reminds the expert; two pause the listing.
Expert profiles with credentials and verified titles, service listings with pricing and revisions, and reviews after a completed session, each moderated before it is public.
Email, Google or passkey sign-in, two-factor authentication, phone verification by SMS, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram, and single sign-on with your identity provider for an internal deployment.
Review queues for new experts, listings, reviews and credentials, user and organisation management, feature tours, a help centre, FAQ and legal pages you edit yourself, and usage statistics.
iOS and Android apps under your name in the stores, and a booking widget you embed on any page you already own.
The interface ships in 14 languages, with right-to-left support, and we add the ones your users need. Listings and help articles are translated per language.
Personal data encrypted at rest, consent before any tracking, data export and account deletion for every user. Hosted in the EU, or deployed into your own cloud account.
A documented REST API with personal access tokens, and an MCP server so ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants can find an expert and start a booking on your tenant.
The platform does not care whether the person booking is an employee or a customer. The configuration does.
Law, tax, finance, HR and other advisory firms whose clients book a named adviser by the hour, pay in advance and meet by video.
Clinics and employee assistance providers running video appointments with doctors, therapists or coaches, with consent-based recording and nothing stored outside your tenant.
Employees book office hours with in-house specialists, mentors or IT support. No payments, single sign-on, and a calendar that respects what people already have booked.
Customers book an onboarding or support session with the right specialist instead of waiting in a queue, and the session history stays with the account.
Corporate academies, language schools and tutoring providers selling one-to-one or group sessions with trainers, with recordings available afterwards.
An association, franchise or network that wants its members found and booked under one brand, with a platform fee on every session.
Your users see your name, your logo and your web address. C9 Group appears nowhere a client looks, unless you want an "operated by" line in the footer.
User accounts, bookings, messages and recordings belong to you. You can export them at any time, and when the tenant ends they are handed over and deleted on our side.
What a session costs, which currency, whether there is a platform fee and who pays Stripe's charges: all yours to decide, and changeable without a deployment.
Features built for your tenant are quoted, built and owned under your contract. Improvements to the shared platform reach every tenant with the monthly updates.
There is no per-seat licence and no setup charge hidden in a yearly minimum: one setup price, one monthly operating fee, both in the proposal.
The parts a scheduling and video product usually spends its first year on.

A running product. The same codebase serves three public brands today: a tutoring platform, a consultant marketplace and a doctor consultation site. Your organisation becomes the next tenant on it, with its own brand, domain, users and data.
Yes. An internal tenant has no public pages, sign-in only through your identity provider, no payments, and the booking of in-house experts by employees. The video, calendar, chat and admin parts are the same.
By default in the EU, on infrastructure we operate. If your policy requires it, the tenant is deployed into your own AWS account, in the region you choose, and we operate it there.
Google Calendar busy times are read so that an expert's published availability never collides with an existing appointment, and bookings are written back. Microsoft 365 is added for tenants that need it.
In the browser, on desktop and mobile, with no download. Calls run over WebRTC through infrastructure we operate, with screen sharing, group sessions and, with everyone's consent, recording and AI notes.
Yes, by card through Stripe, in the client's currency, with a platform fee you set and payouts to the experts. A tenant can also run without any payments.
A fixed setup price and a monthly operating fee, both in the proposal after the first call. There is no per-seat licence. Features specific to your tenant are quoted separately and owned under your contract.
A tenant with the existing feature set is configured and on your domain within weeks of the brand assets arriving. Custom features and store listings add to that, and the proposal says by how much.
You give notice as the contract sets out, we export your data in open formats, hand it over, and delete it on our side. The domain was always yours.
A call, a message or an email. We reply within one business day with what the platform does for your case and what a proposal would cover.
We use your details to answer this request and for nothing else. See our privacy policy.
The tutoring brand is open to the public: browse the listings, open a profile and go through a booking without paying.
